About the Role
An established company is recruiting for an HR & Admin Manager to lead a dynamic human resources and administration function. You will be responsible for building and maintaining a high-performing, engaged workforce while ensuring seamless day-to-day office operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead recruitment, onboarding, and staff development initiatives
- Drive performance management and employee engagement programs
- Oversee daily office operations and ensure compliance with labour laws and governance standards
- Manage procurement and vendor relationships
- Maintain accurate HR and administrative records
- Supervise administrative staff and coordinate team performance
- Coordinate logistics for meetings and events
- Foster an efficient and high-performing workplace culture
Required Qualifications
- 5–7 years of HR and administration management experience
- Preferred experience in corporate, membership-based, or development sectors
- Degree in HR, Business Administration, or Industrial Relations
- HR certification such as CIPM, SHRM, or CIPD (preferred)
