## Title: HR & Admin Manager

About the Role

An established company is recruiting for an HR & Admin Manager to lead a dynamic human resources and administration function. You will be responsible for building and maintaining a high-performing, engaged workforce while ensuring seamless day-to-day office operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead recruitment, onboarding, and staff development initiatives
  • Drive performance management and employee engagement programs
  • Oversee daily office operations and ensure compliance with labour laws and governance standards
  • Manage procurement and vendor relationships
  • Maintain accurate HR and administrative records
  • Supervise administrative staff and coordinate team performance
  • Coordinate logistics for meetings and events
  • Foster an efficient and high-performing workplace culture

Required Qualifications

  • 5–7 years of HR and administration management experience
  • Preferred experience in corporate, membership-based, or development sectors
  • Degree in HR, Business Administration, or Industrial Relations
  • HR certification such as CIPM, SHRM, or CIPD (preferred)
