This vacancy presents a chance to join a leading organization. Location: Iddo, Lagos Position Overview:
  • Oversee daily administrative operations and ensure smooth running of office activities.
  • Maintain employee records, attendance, and leave schedules.
  • Support recruitment processes — job posting, screening, interviews, and onboarding.
  • Assist in drafting HR policies, employee handbooks, and internal communications.
  • Liaise with vendors and service providers to ensure timely delivery and payment of office supplies and services.
  • Prepare and process payment requests, purchase orders, and expense reports.
  • Organize company meetings, trainings, and staff events; record and circulate minutes.
  • Ensure compliance with company procedures and statutory HR regulations.
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and support management with HR reports.
Skills: / Requirements
  • Minimum of HND / B.Sc. in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Excellent organizational, multitasking, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Strong understanding of HR best practices and Nigerian labour laws.
  • Ability to maintain discretion and handle confidential information.
Salary N500,000 - N700,000 / month.
