## Title: HR/Admin Intern (NYSC)

Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR/Admin Intern to support our Human Resources and Administrative operations. The ideal candidate will assist with day-to-day HR tasks, employee relations, documentation, office management, and basic bookkeeping. This role is perfect for someone looking to build a strong foundation in HR and administrative functions, offering a great opportunity for career growth.

Key Responsibilities

Human Resources Support

  • Assist in recruitment activities including posting job openings, screening CVs, and scheduling interviews
  • Support onboarding and orientation of new employees
  • Maintain and update employee records, files, and HR databases
  • Assist with monitoring staff attendance, leave management, and compliance with company policies
  • Help organize training sessions, meetings, and performance review activities

Administrative Duties

  • Handle daily administrative tasks such as filing, documentation, photocopying, and managing office correspondence
  • Assist in organizing office logistics, supplies, and inventory
  • Support front-desk operations when required
  • Maintain neat and organized office operations

Basic Bookkeeping & Records Management

  • Assist with basic financial record-keeping such as expense tracking, petty cash management, and invoice filing
  • Support the preparation of administrative and financial reports

Requirements

  • Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or related field (preferred)
  • NYSC member or recent graduate seeking HR/Admin experience
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
  • Good interpersonal skills and willingness to learn
  • Attention to detail and strong multitasking abilities
