Position Summary

Core Responsibilities

Room & Property Maintenance

• Clean and service guest rooms; make beds, change linens, and refresh towels
• Perform linen laundry: wash, dry, fold, and iron hotel textiles
• Sanitize bathrooms; replace toiletries; check plumbing and report issues
• Dust, vacuum, mop, and polish surfaces; refresh soft furnishings and décor
• Conduct final disinfectant touch and ensure air quality and fragrance standards
• Maintain common areas and kitchen: clean, restock, inspect appliances, and ensure food safety zones

Guest Support & Turnover

• Respond promptly to guest requests (e.g., extra towels, pillows)
• Respect privacy and "Do Not Disturb" signage
• Restock amenities: toiletries, glassware, notepads, and other supplies
• Clear room service trays; empty and reline trash bins

Reporting & Oversight

• Inspect rooms for damage or malfunctioning equipment
• Report maintenance issues, lost items, or damages to supervisors
• Follow lost property procedures
• Adhere to health, safety, and security protocols
• Oversee room turnover: assign tasks and conduct final visual checks

Requirements

• SSCE / GCE / NECO qualification
• 2–10 years of work experience

Compensation

N80,000 – N120,000 monthly
