About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated House Parent to oversee and manage the boys hostel. The successful candidate will serve as a positive role model and mentor to students, creating a supportive and disciplined residential environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage daily operations of the boys hostel
• Provide pastoral care and guidance to resident students
• Maintain discipline and enforce hostel rules and regulations
• Monitor student welfare, safety, and well-being
• Act as a mentor and positive role model in both academic and moral matters

Requirements

• Proven experience as a House Parent or in a similar residential supervisory role
• Strong academic background and moral character
• Relevant qualifications in education, social work, or related fields (preferred)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively with young people and foster a positive community
