Position Overview:
- We are seeking courteous, energetic, and customer-focused Waiters and Waitresses to join our hospitality team and deliver exceptional dining and guest service.
- The Wait Staff will be responsible for attending to guests, taking food and beverage orders, serving meals, and ensuring a pleasant dining experience in line with the resort’s hospitality standards.
- Welcome guests warmly and present menus
- Take accurate food and beverage orders
- Serve food and drinks promptly and professionally
- Ensure tables and dining areas are clean and well arranged
- Respond politely to guest inquiries and requests
- Work closely with kitchen and bar teams to ensure smooth service
- Comply with hygiene, safety, and service standards
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Neat appearance and positive attitude
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays
- Previous hospitality or customer service experience is an advantage.
