## Title: Hospitality Sales Executive at Sujimoto Construction Limited

About the Role

We are seeking a results-driven Hospitality Sales Executive with strong experience in managing short-let, Airbnb, hotel, restaurant, lounge, or club operations. You will be responsible for growing revenue by attracting new customers, building strong client relationships, and promoting our hospitality offerings.

You must have strong sales skills, a deep understanding of the hospitality market, and excel at converting leads into loyal guests and corporate partners.

Key Responsibilities

  • Actively generate new business through cold calls, networking, site visits, and referrals
  • Promote hospitality services including rooms, events, dining, memberships, and packages
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, travel agents, event planners, and partners
  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Prepare proposals, contracts, and sales reports
  • Coordinate with operations and marketing teams to ensure seamless guest experiences
  • Attend industry events, exhibitions, and networking functions to drive brand visibility
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, accounts, and sales activities

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of proven experience in hospitality sales (hotel, restaurant, lounge, events, or related fields)
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills
  • Customer-focused mindset with excellent relationship management abilities
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office
  • Flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends when required
