## Title: Hospitality Manager – Restaurant & Lounge

About the Role

Sujimoto Construction Limited is seeking a dynamic and hands-on Hospitality Manager with proven sales experience in restaurants, lounges, event venues, clubs, or similar hospitality businesses. You will oversee daily operations, deliver exceptional guest experiences, drive revenue growth, and lead high-performing teams at our restaurant and lounge.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily operations of the restaurant and lounge, ensuring seamless service delivery
  • Develop and enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs), service standards, and operational best practices
  • Monitor food quality, ambiance, guest flow, cleanliness, and safety standards
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, licensing requirements, and company policies
  • Lead, train, and mentor all front-of-house and back-of-house teams
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and build a culture of excellence and accountability
  • Create staffing plans, schedules, and recruitment strategies to maintain optimal coverage
  • Ensure consistent and outstanding guest experiences across all service periods
  • Handle high-level guest feedback, escalations, and VIP requests
  • Implement initiatives to improve guest satisfaction, brand loyalty, and return visits
  • Manage budgets, profit and loss statements, cost controls, and financial forecasting
  • Oversee inventory management, procurement, and supplier negotiations
  • Drive sales through menu optimization, promotions, events, and upselling strategies
  • Analyze financial reports and implement corrective measures to improve profitability
  • Collaborate with marketing to develop events, campaigns, and brand activations
  • Ensure restaurant and lounge ambience, service style, and offerings align with brand standards
  • Lead innovation in menu concepts, service models, and guest engagement experiences
  • Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency, revenue growth, and service quality

Required Qualifications

  • Proven experience in hospitality management (restaurants, lounges, events venues, or clubs)
  • Strong sales acumen and revenue management experience
  • Leadership and team management skills
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations and compliance standards
  • Financial management and budgeting expertise
