## Title: HMO Claims and Front Desk Officer

About the Role

We are seeking a qualified and experienced professional to join our team as an HMO Claims and Front Desk Officer at Toptee Medical Centre in Lagos, Nigeria.

Key Responsibilities

Manage HMO portal operations
Check in patients using the Electronic Medical Records (EMR) system
Submit bills and process claims
Reconcile bills and ensure accuracy of financial records

Required Qualifications and Experience

Relevant qualifications in healthcare administration, medical billing, or related field
1 - 2 years of work experience in a similar role
