Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC) Technician at Fify Technical Services Limited

Job Summary

We are hiring an experienced HVAC Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong technical expertise in heating, ventilation, and air-conditioning systems, with hands-on experience in installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting.

Candidates with previous experience in a Facility Management or MEP environment are highly preferred. Knowledge of ventilation systems, cooling towers, and general HVAC controls will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform installation, routine maintenance, and repair of HVAC systems, including air-conditioning units, ventilation systems, and cooling equipment
• Diagnose faults, troubleshoot HVAC-related issues, and carry out corrective repair works efficiently
• Inspect and maintain HVAC components to ensure optimal performance and energy efficiency
• Monitor and service ventilation systems, chillers, cooling towers, and related HVAC controls
• Prepare maintenance and service reports, ensuring timely completion of all assigned tasks
• Work closely with the Operations and Facility Management teams to ensure smooth and quality service delivery
• Adhere to safety regulations, environmental standards, and company procedures during all HVAC operations

Requirements

• Minimum of ND or HND qualification in Mechanical Engineering, HVAC Technology, or a related field
• Minimum of 4 years proven experience in HVAC installation, maintenance, and repair, preferably within an MEP or Facility Management environment
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Excellent knowledge of HVAC systems, components, tools, and safety procedures
• Practical, hands-on experience with ventilation systems, cooling equipment, and HVAC controls
