Healthcare Business & Projects Associate

Position Overview

We are seeking a smart, proactive, and articulate individual with a medical or healthcare background to join our team as a Healthcare Business & Projects Associate. This role combines project coordination, research, and client engagement with technical support for our healthcare equipment supply and infrastructure solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in coordinating healthcare projects from initiation to completion
• Conduct research on medical technologies, suppliers, and policy trends
• Draft compelling reports, proposals, presentations, and memos for clients and government stakeholders
• Support client engagement and communication for ongoing and prospective projects
• Liaise with technical teams and contractors during installation and upgrade projects
• Monitor project progress and ensure documentation is up to date
• Maintain a structured system for tracking deliverables, timelines, and compliance
• Support business development initiatives with research, insights, and proposal inputs

Education & Experience

• Bachelor's Degree in Medicine, Public Health, Biomedical Sciences, Nursing, or a related health/medical field
• 1–3 years of relevant experience in healthcare, consulting, equipment, or project roles
• Experience in the public sector, donor programs, or private healthcare delivery is a plus

Skills & Competencies

• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent research and analytical thinking
• Project coordination and task management skills
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; familiarity with project management tools is a plus
• Ability to work independently and take initiative with minimal supervision
• Professionalism in engaging high-level stakeholders
