A candidate for Health Record Officer should possess a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in Health Information Management or Health Records and Biostatistics with a minimum grade of Second Class Lower Division, or a Higher National Diploma (HND) in Health Information Management with a minimum of Upper Credit. This role requires a minimum of Two (2) years of post-qualification experience, relevant professional registration (e.g., HRORBN), and completion of mandatory national service (NYSC).
