Job Summary

A reputable organization seeks a dedicated individual to oversee all installation, repair, and upkeep operations of the organization's facilities, machinery, and equipment. The Maintenance Manager is responsible for ensuring that assets are maintained in good working condition to minimize downtime and maximize productivity.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement preventive maintenance plans for equipment and facilities
• Supervise, train, and coordinate activities of the maintenance team
• Monitor and ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards
• Manage relationships with external contractors and service providers
• Conduct inspections and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, or structural issues
• Control maintenance budgets and monitor inventory of tools, parts, and equipment
• Prepare regular reports on maintenance activities, costs, and asset performance

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Mechanical/Electrical fields, or related discipline
• Minimum of 4 years of work experience in maintenance management
