About the Role

An established educational institution is seeking an experienced Head Teacher to lead and manage nursery and primary school operations. This is a leadership position requiring strategic oversight of academic programmes, staff management, financial administration, and safeguarding protocols.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective processes for the learning and development of pupils
• Manage performance reviews of teachers and other teaching staff within the school community
• Implement safeguarding procedures as required by regulatory authorities
• Manage the school budget for all expenditures including learning materials, salaries, and extracurricular activities
• Arrange and oversee parent-teacher meetings
• Prepare teachers, pupils, and staff members for regulatory inspections
• Provide performance, financial, and improvement reports to the board
• Create a diverse, dynamic, and inclusive environment for teachers and pupils
• Teach classes when required to cover for teacher absences

Required Qualifications

• B.Ed Degree or related field
• Minimum 10 years of robust primary or nursery school teaching and pupil management experience from renowned schools
