## Title: Head of Sales and CRM

About the Role

An established company is recruiting for a Head of Sales and CRM position. This is a leadership role responsible for driving sales strategy, managing the sales team, and overseeing customer relationship management to achieve company revenue goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise the sales team by setting sales targets, quotas, and performance metrics to ensure they create and maintain businesses while meeting and exceeding their targets
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans and objectives to achieve company sales targets and revenue goals
  • Identify and prioritize sales opportunities, target markets, and customer segments based on market analysis, competitive landscape, and business objectives
  • Analyze sales data, market trends, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for growth, improvement, and innovation
  • Implement sales forecasting and pipeline management processes to accurately predict sales revenues, track sales performance, and identify areas for improvement
  • Conduct research to identify new market and customer needs
  • Arrange business meetings with existing and prospective clients
  • Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers
  • Generate new businesses and raise awareness of company products and services
  • Maintain quality and productive relationships with clients and address their needs effectively
  • Work with management in developing marketing campaigns to support sales strategy
  • Adhere to all quality standards and processes for the acquisition of customers and opportunities
  • Manage accounts and meet or exceed targeted limits

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum of BSc/HND in Business, Marketing, or related courses (Master's degree is a plus)
  • Minimum of 7-10 years' experience in HMO industry (mandatory)

Technical Skills

  • Strong administrative skills
  • Excellent proficiency with Microsoft Office Tools and CRM software packages
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Excellent selling and relationship management skills
  • Excellent presentation skills
  • Knowledge of the National Health Insurance Scheme (NHIS) operations

Managerial Skills

  • Ability to multi-task
  • Strong problem-solving skills
