## Title: Head of Sales

About the Role

We are seeking a qualified candidate to lead our sales operations. As Head of Sales, you will represent the company's brand and drive strategies to increase product awareness by monitoring market trends, competitors, and industry dynamics. You will be responsible for researching and developing marketing opportunities, planning and implementing new sales strategies, and managing both marketing and sales staff to meet company operational goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide leadership and direction to the entire sales team
  • Achieve personal sales targets by developing new business with existing and potential clients
  • Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies and structured plans to achieve set targets
  • Craft and implement developmental and coaching programs for the sales teams
  • Ensure achievement of projected sales revenue and monitor sales performance trends
  • Coach and train the sales team on departmental objectives, goals, and target requirements while regularly reviewing training needs
  • Assess the strengths and weaknesses of the sales team and adjust the sales program accordingly
  • Prepare annual budget plans and ensure the sales team meets quotas and goals in line with company financial objectives
  • Formulate and ensure effective execution of sales plans, policies, and strategies
  • Analyze market and industry trends to discover new growth opportunities, identify product improvements, and stay current on market dynamics and competitor activities
  • Increase sales revenue and market share by identifying new accounts and continuously building sales pipelines
  • Leverage knowledge of the company's OEM SKUs to drive sales penetration
  • Carry out assigned duties for the Group company
