Head of Supply Chain at Bukka Hospitality Limited (Bukka Hut)

Role Overview

An established company is recruiting for a Head of Supply Chain position. This role will oversee end-to-end supply chain operations, from procurement and inventory management to logistics and vendor relationships. The ideal candidate will be commercially minded with proven results, driven by a passion for operational excellence, process optimization, and cost efficiency. This role combines strategic leadership with hands-on operational control.

The successful candidate will report directly to the General Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement supply chain strategies that support organizational growth objectives
• Ensure supply chain operations support profitability, scalability, and consistent product availability across all restaurant segments
• Lead procurement, logistics, warehousing, and inventory control teams to ensure seamless operations
• Build strategic supplier partnerships to secure quality and reliable products while ensuring cost efficiency
• Analyze supply chain performance metrics and drive continuous improvement initiatives
• Negotiate long-term supplier agreements that hedge against inflation, currency fluctuations, and supply disruptions
• Ensure compliance with company policies, food safety standards, and regulatory requirements
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Operations, Finance, and Quality teams to deliver on business goals
• Establish vendor performance scorecards and drive supplier development initiatives
• Design inventory control frameworks that balance working capital efficiency with operational reliability
• Lead the adoption of supply chain technologies (ERP, inventory tracking, demand planning tools)

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related business discipline
• MBA or professional certification in Supply Chain (added advantage)
• Minimum of 7–10 years of relevant experience
