## Title: Head of School

About the Role

A dynamic team is expanding and seeking an experienced educational leader to serve as Head of School. You will provide overall leadership, administration, and strategic direction to drive the school's success and growth.

Key Responsibilities

Provide overall leadership, administration, and strategic direction of the school
Develop and implement academic and extracurricular programs
Lead, mentor, and evaluate teaching and administrative staff
Ensure compliance with educational standards and regulations
Foster strong relationships with parents, students, and stakeholders

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Education; Master's degree preferred
Minimum of 7–10 years' experience in school leadership or administration
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Proven ability to drive academic excellence and school growth
