## Title: Head of Sales - Real Estate

About the Role

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated professional to lead our sales operations. As the Head of Sales, you will lead a dynamic team, develop effective sales strategies, and ensure our properties reach the right clients across key markets. Your success will be measured by real outcomes and tangible results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and execute sales strategies that deliver measurable revenue growth
  • Build and mentor a high-performing team focused on market engagement and client acquisition
  • Expand the company's presence in key target areas through direct client interactions
  • Oversee site visits, negotiations, and deal closures with high-value clients

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field
  • 7+ years of real estate sales experience, with at least 3 years in leadership
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets in competitive markets
