  • Bristol Scientific is hiring a Head of Sales – IVD to lead and scale its diagnostics business across Nigeria. This is a senior role with full ownership of sales strategy, revenue performance, and team execution.
  • This is not a passive leadership role. You will set direction, drive disciplined execution, and hold the sales team accountable for results while acting as the senior commercial interface for key customers and OEM partners.
Key focus areas
  • Own national IVD sales strategy and revenue targets
  • Lead, coach, and manage the IVD sales team
  • Drive pipeline discipline, forecasting, and major opportunities
  • Manage key accounts, tenders, and strategic partnerships
Requirements:
  • 8+ years’ experience in IVD or healthcare sales
  • 3+ years in a sales leadership role
  • Strong understanding of Nigeria’s public and private healthcare markets
  • Lagos-based or willing to relocate
