## Title: Head of Sales

About the Role

Triton International Company Limited is recruiting a Head of Sales to lead our sales operations in Lagos, Nigeria. This is a leadership opportunity with an established organization where you'll drive business growth and build lasting relationships with key industry stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute effective sales strategies
  • Lead and mentor the sales team to meet and exceed targets
  • Identify new business opportunities and drive market expansion
  • Build strong relationships with contractors, developers, and key industry stakeholders
  • Monitor market trends and provide accurate sales forecasts
  • Align sales operations with marketing and project teams
  • Set KPIs and ensure high performance across the department

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or related field)
  • 5–8 years proven sales leadership experience, preferably in the construction industry
  • Strong understanding of construction materials and products
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
  • Ability to work under pressure with a strategic mindset
