## Title: Head of Sales

About the Role

This position offers a great opportunity for career growth. As Head of Sales, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales through strategic relationship-building with prospective clients, fostering new business growth within designated accounts, overseeing a team of sales professionals, and meeting sales objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, motivate, and manage a team of sales professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and support to ensure success
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives and revenue targets
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities, establish and maintain relationships with key clients, and expand the company's customer base
  • Monitor and analyse sales performance metrics to identify areas of improvement and implement corrective actions as needed
  • Build and maintain strong positive business relationships to ensure future sales
  • Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to create effective sales campaigns, promotions, and product enhancements
  • Conduct market research to stay up to date with industry trends and competitor activity
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and successful project delivery
  • Perform cost-benefit analyses of existing and potential customers
  • Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and sales budgets to the management team

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field (master's degree is advantageous)
  • Minimum of 15 years of relevant experience, preferably within industries such as SaaS, insurance, telecommunications, or logistics
  • B2B experience is essential
  • Demonstrated success in sales management as a B2B, corporate, or enterprise sales manager
  • In-depth product knowledge encompassing the company's offerings, industry trends, and competitive landscape
  • Proficiency in analysing sales data and preparing reports
