## Title: Head of Sales
Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position based in Lagos. The Head of Sales will lead the sales department and drive revenue growth through strategic planning and team management.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies
- Manage and lead sales teams to achieve performance objectives
- Oversee sales operations and processes
- Achieve and exceed sales targets
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Analyze market trends and competitive landscape
- Ensure the sales team meets corporate objectives
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Proven experience in sales strategy development and sales operations
- Demonstrated track record of achieving sales targets
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent client relationship management and negotiation skills
- Ability to analyze market trends and develop actionable sales plans
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
