Role Overview
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated professional to lead Moneta's sales strategy and partner banks growth initiatives. This role involves managing a high-performing sales team, acquiring new partner banks, and nurturing existing relationships to drive cross-selling and upselling of products and services.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to acquire and grow relationships with partner banks
- Manage, mentor, and motivate sales teams to achieve and exceed targets
- Identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling across partner bank portfolios
- Collaborate with internal teams to align products and services with partner needs
- Track and analyze performance metrics to optimize sales activities
- Represent Moneta at key industry events and networking opportunities
Requirements
- Minimum of 8 years' sales experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
- Proven track record in B2B sales with leadership experience, ideally in the banking or microfinance sector
- Strong relationship management skills with C-level executives
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills
- Ability to speak Hausa is a strong advantage due to northern market focus
