Job Responsibilities
Sales Target Achievement:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets and objectives.
- Coordinate the sales department to meet company\'s sales target
- Qualify leads and convert them into potential customers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Understand customer needs and provide appropriate product or service solutions.
- Acquire in-depth knowledge of the company\'s products or services.
- Conduct compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the benefits to clients.
- Skilfully negotiate contract terms, pricing, and conditions to reach mutually beneficial agreements.
- Close sales deals and secure contracts with new and existing clients.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales records, including sales calls, meetings, and deals closed.
- Provide regular sales reports, forecasts, and updates to sales management.
- Stay informed about industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities.
- Use market insights to adjust sales strategies and identify potential business opportunities.
- Work collaboratively with the sales team, marketing, customer support, and other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Participate in team meetings and share insights and best practices.
