A dynamic team is expanding and looking for the right talent.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage all construction and site projects
- Supervise contractors, engineers, and site personnel
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, budget, and quality standards
- Monitor site safety, quality control, and regulatory compliance
- Prepare, review, and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including:
- Project plans and schedules
- Site reports and progress updates
- Variations, approvals, and change requests
- Contractor documentation and certifications
- Prepare and submit weekly and monthly project progress reports to management
- Coordinate with consultants, vendors, and regulatory authorities.
- BSc/HND in Engineering, Building Technology, or related field
- Proven experience in site or project management
- Strong leadership and coordination skills
- Good knowledge of construction standards, documentation, and site operations.
