Role Overview

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated professional to lead product strategy, roadmap execution, and innovation initiatives at Avetium Consult Limited. The Head of Product & Innovation will drive growth and competitive advantage by translating business vision into scalable, market-leading products while fostering a culture of continuous improvement and experimentation.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute product vision, strategy, and roadmap
• Lead cross-functional teams across Product, Engineering, and Design
• Drive innovation through research, market insights, and experimentation
• Oversee product lifecycle from ideation to launch and optimization
• Monitor product performance, customer feedback, and market trends
• Identify new revenue opportunities and strategic product expansions

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, Engineering, or related field (MBA is an advantage)
• 8+ years' experience in product management, with leadership experience
• Strong understanding of product strategy, agile methodologies, and innovation frameworks
• Proven track record of launching and scaling successful products
