An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated professional. Position Overview:
  • We are seeking an experienced and strategic Head of Procurement to lead and manage the organization’s procurement function.
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for developing procurement strategies, optimizing supplier relationships, ensuring cost efficiency, and maintaining compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
  • This role is critical in driving value, managing risk, and supporting operational excellence across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with organizational objectives
  • Lead and manage the procurement team, providing direction, coaching, and performance management
  • Oversee sourcing, tendering, negotiation, and contract management activities
  • Ensure timely and cost-effective procurement of goods and services
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers and stakeholders
  • Monitor supplier performance, manage risks, and ensure compliance with contracts
  • Drive cost optimization, value creation, and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Ensure adherence to procurement policies, ethical standards, and regulatory requirements
  • Prepare procurement reports, KPIs, and management updates
Job Requirements
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
  • Proven experience in a senior procurement leadership role
  • Strong knowledge of procurement best practices, contract management, and supplier negotiations
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategic sourcing initiatives
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • Strong analytical and commercial acumen
  • Proficiency in ERP and procurement systems
  • Desirable Qualifications & Experience
  • Master’s degree or professional procurement certification (e.g., CIPS, CPSM)
  • Experience in the hospitality Industry
  • Experience managing large budgets and complex supplier portfolios.
