About the Role

We are seeking a Head of People and Culture to lead our dynamic and expanding team. This is a strategic leadership position focused on shaping, driving, and sustaining an organizational culture that reflects our company's values and business vision.

Key Responsibilities

• Shape and implement programs that strengthen the organization's culture and values
• Enhance employee experience, leadership alignment, and workforce productivity through strategic talent management
• Drive continuous improvement in employee engagement, recognition, and overall workplace experience
• Build mechanisms to capture and act on employee feedback and workforce insights
• Design and implement leadership and career development pathways to build a sustainable leadership pipeline
• Develop mentorship, coaching, and succession planning frameworks that support growth and retention
• Facilitate leadership alignment through targeted interventions and behavioral development programs
• Oversee employee relations to ensure fairness, respect, and adherence to ethical standards across all levels
• Ensure full labor compliance and organizational effectiveness

Required Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Human Resources Management, Personnel Management, or related field
• Minimum 10 years of overall experience in Human Resources Management
• Minimum 3-5 years of leadership experience
• Professional qualification related to HRM/Personnel Management

Salary

N1,500,000 - N1,800,000 per month
