Head of Operations/ Vendor Relations Manager

About the Role

Swift Consulting is expanding its dynamic team and seeking an experienced professional to lead operations and vendor relations. This role combines strategic oversight of supply chain operations with direct vendor management and team leadership.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor inventory flow, product availability, and warehouse coordination
• Analyze operational data to identify bottlenecks and implement effective solutions
• Source, onboard, and manage vendors across different product categories
• Maintain strong communication and relationships with vendors to ensure timely supply, competitive pricing, and high product quality
• Work closely with management to align operational strategy with business goals
• Lead, mentor, and supervise operational and vendor management teams

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Supply Chain, or related field
• Minimum 4-5 years of proven experience in e-commerce operations, vendor management, supply chain, or similar roles
• Strong negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent leadership and team management abilities
• Proficiency in e-commerce management tools, inventory systems, and spreadsheets
• Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
