Head of Operations / Vendor Relations

About the Role

Swift Consulting is recruiting an experienced Head of Operations & Vendor Relations to lead operational excellence and vendor management functions.

Major Responsibilities

• Monitor inventory flow, product availability, and warehouse coordination
• Analyze operational data to identify bottlenecks and implement solutions
• Source, onboard, and manage vendors across different product categories
• Maintain strong communication and relationships with vendors to ensure timely supply, competitive pricing, and high product quality
• Work closely with management to align operational strategy with business goals
• Lead, mentor, and supervise operational and vendor management teams

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Supply Chain, or related field
• 4–5 years of proven experience in e-commerce operations, vendor management, supply chain, or similar roles

Required Skills & Competencies

• Strong negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent leadership and team management abilities
• Proficiency in e-commerce management tools, inventory systems, and spreadsheets
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
