Key Responsibilities

Strategic & Operational Leadership

• Partner with the CEO to define and implement business strategy and operational roadmaps
• Drive operational alignment to achieve growth, profitability, and market expansion goals
• Oversee the design, implementation, and optimization of scalable business processes
• Ensure operational readiness for SaaS delivery, including subscription management, service uptime, and client onboarding

Product & Service Delivery

• Collaborate with product, engineering, and customer success teams to ensure seamless delivery of enterprise SaaS solutions
• Lead project governance for public sector digitalization initiatives, ensuring compliance with regulations, timelines, and quality standards
• Champion customer-centric operations by ensuring high-quality user experience
