The ideal candidate will drive strict compliance, strengthen internal controls, and ensure full alignment with regulatory and corporate governance standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and enforce audit & compliance policies across all business units
• Plan and execute periodic audits and internal investigations
• Safeguard company assets and ensure integrity of financial and operational information
• Act as the Company's Chief Compliance Officer and liaise with key regulators
• Identify control gaps and recommend improvements

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Law, or related field (Master's is a plus)
• 8+ years of experience in Audit, Compliance, Risk, or Governance functions
• Strong knowledge of Nigerian regulatory frameworks (SEC, NSE, CBN, AML/CFT)
• Proven ability to lead audits, manage investigations, assess risk, and implement effective control frameworks

• Professional certifications such as CIA, CFE, CRMA, ISO 37301, ISO 31000, ISO 9001, or ISO 27001
• Strong ethics and leadership capability
