Head of Financial Planning & Analysis at IpNX Nigeria Limited

About the Role

We are seeking a highly qualified Head of Financial Planning & Analysis to join IpNX Nigeria Limited in Lagos. In this pivotal role, you will drive financial strategy and insights across the organization, partnering with executive leadership to shape the company's financial future.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage annual budgets, rolling forecasts, long-range plans, and scenario modeling
• Conduct monthly and quarterly performance deep-dives with clear variance analysis and actionable plans
• Create executive dashboards and deliver profitability analysis by product, project, and customer segment
• Lead cost optimization programs that deliver measurable bottom-line impact
• Oversee capital allocation, pricing strategy, investment appraisals, and ROI tracking
• Drive automation and upgrade of FP&A technology stack (Power BI, Anaplan, advanced ERP modules)
• Build and develop a high-performing team of analysts who think strategically like business owners
• Transform complex financial data into clear, compelling narratives for board-level communication

Required Qualifications

• Qualified Chartered Accountant (ICAN, ACA, or ACCA) with a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics
• 8–10+ years of progressive experience in FP&A, strategic finance, or corporate finance roles
• Master-level proficiency in financial modeling and Excel
• Hands-on experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Dynamics) and modern BI tools
• Proven track record from Banking, Investment Management, Big 4 firms, or high-growth Telecom/Tech sectors (Telecom experience is highly valued)

Preferred Qualifications

• MBA or MSc degree
