Head of Finance at Pruvia Integrated Limited

About the Role

We are seeking a qualified and experienced Head of Finance to oversee the Company's Financial Accounts and lead the Accounts and Finance Department. In this strategic role, you will manage Accounts, Finance/Treasury, and Credit Control functions while providing financial leadership and guidance to senior management.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee cash flow management and financial planning
• Ensure regulatory compliance and work with auditors and regulators
• Develop budgeting and forecasting strategies for the organization
• Prepare and analyze financial reports for management and stakeholders
• Assist in company-wide budgetary planning and cost control
• Analyze market conditions and identify cost-saving opportunities
• Develop and implement internal control procedures and risk management systems
• Identify efficiency improvements across financial operations
• Produce long-term business plans and strategic recommendations
• Provide strategic investment advice to executive management
• Compile, analyze, and present financial information to leadership
• Coordinate annual accounting closures and manage accounting practices
• Manage potential financial disputes and resolve issues
• Supervise, mentor, and develop finance department staff

Required Technical Skills

• Strong knowledge of financial reporting standards (IFRS or local GAAP)
• Tax and regulatory compliance expertise
• Financial modelling and analysis capabilities
• Proficiency with ERP/accounting systems (SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks, or similar)
• Risk management and internal control systems knowledge

Educational Qualifications

• HND or B.Sc (compulsory)
• Professional certification in Accounting, Finance, or Economics (one or two certificates recommended)
• Minimum 3–5+ years of experience in senior management roles
• MBA (Master of Business Administration) in Finance or General Management (preferred)
• MSc or Master's degree in related field (preferred)
