Head of Finance and Accounts - ACA

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Head of Finance & Accounts to lead and oversee the organization's finance function at a senior management level. This role requires a dedicated individual to provide strategic and operational leadership for finance, ensuring strong financial governance, accurate reporting, regulatory compliance, and effective cash flow management to support business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement financial strategy, budgeting, forecasting, and performance management
• Prepare and oversee financial reporting in line with IFRS standards
• Manage cash flow, treasury, and banking operations
• Ensure tax, statutory, and regulatory compliance (CIT, VAT, WHT, PAYE, etc.)
• Oversee audit, risk management, and internal controls
• Provide board and executive financial reporting
• Lead and manage the finance and accounts team

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• ACA (ICAN) qualification – mandatory
• 10+ years of experience with senior-level finance leadership exposure
• Strong knowledge of IFRS and Nigerian tax regulations
• Proven leadership and stakeholder management skills
