A reputable organization seeks a dedicated individual for this role. Position Overview:
  • We are seeking a proactive and experienced Head of Facilities to oversee the effective management, maintenance, and safety of all organizational facilities. The role ensures that buildings, infrastructure, and equipment are well maintained to support smooth daily operations.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee maintenance, repairs, and general upkeep of all facilities
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory standards
  • Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules
  • Manage contractors, vendors, and service providers
  • Prepare and manage facilities budgets and reports
  • Monitor facility-related costs and ensure efficient resource utilization
  • Handle facility emergencies and ensure timely resolution
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, or a related field
  • Minimum of 5 years relevant work experience
  • Strong leadership, planning, and organizational skills
  • Knowledge of building systems, maintenance, and safety regulations
  • Excellent communication and reporting skills
