The successful candidate will lead data governance, data engineering, analytics, business intelligence, and advanced data science initiatives while ensuring compliance with regulatory and security standards. They will act as a strategic partner to executives and a visionary leader for data-driven culture across the organization.

Data Strategy & Leadership

• Develop and execute a comprehensive data strategy, aligned with the company's overall vision and objectives
• Define a data maturity roadmap, driving adoption of data-driven decision-making across all departments
• Own and articulate the data vision, ensuring the organization leverages data as a strategic asset
• Serve as a key member of the senior leadership team, contributing to company-wide strategy and innovation

Data Management & Governance

• Establish and enforce data governance policies covering data ownership, stewardship, and accountability
• Drive the implementation of data quality frameworks, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and reliability
• Ensure compliance with data privacy, security, and regulatory standards (including NDPR, CCPA, and HIPAA)
• Oversee metadata management, master data management, and data lineage tracking

Data Engineering & Architecture

• Lead the design and implementation of scalable data infrastructure, pipelines, and cloud-based platforms
• Partner with Technology and Engineering teams to ensure robust data architecture that supports advanced analytics and AI initiatives
• Ensure integration of data systems across the organization
