About the Role

We are seeking a qualified professional to lead and oversee all banking operations, driving efficiency and excellence across our organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the implementation and optimization of banking processes, including customer transactions, loan disbursement, and deposit collection
• Manage the bank's core banking system, ensuring data accuracy, efficiency, and compliance with regulatory standards
• Regularly review and refine operational workflows to improve customer service and reduce bottlenecks

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in banking operations, with at least 2 years in a senior management role
• Chartered Accountant certification (ACA, ACCA, or CFA)
• Proficiency in accounting systems, core banking systems, and data analysis tools (e.g., Finacle)
