Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Akure. As Head of Accounts & Finance, you will be responsible for overseeing all financial operations and providing strategic financial leadership to support business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the preparation and analysis of financial statements
• Manage financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting
• Monitor financial performance and implement financial strategies
• Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable regulations
• Provide actionable financial insights to support business growth
• Foster collaboration with team members across departments
• Maintain financial integrity and controls

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the real estate or related industry
• Strong proficiency in preparing and analyzing financial statements and financial reporting
• Expertise in budgeting and financial management
• Proficiency in financial software and tools
• Excellent analytical skills with a solid foundation in finance
