The Head of Medical Laboratory will ensure accuracy, efficiency, and compliance with professional and regulatory standards, while driving continuous improvement initiatives within the department.

Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Medical Laboratory Science with MLSCN license
• Minimum of 7–10 years of experience as a Medical Laboratory Scientist
• Strong background in healthcare/hospital laboratory operations
• Proven leadership and team management skills
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree
• Relevant certifications in medical laboratory science
• Residence within or close to Lagos Island
