  • The The Head of Medical Laboratory will provide strategic leadership and oversight of all laboratory operations to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and compliance with professional and regulatory standards.
  • The successful candidate will drive continuous improvement initiatives within the department.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Medical Laboratory Science with MLSCN license
  • Minimum of 7—10 years experience as a Medical Laboratory Scientist
  • Strong background in healthcare/hospital laboratory operations
  • Proven leadership and team management skills
  • Relevant certifications or a Masters degree is an added advantage
  • Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Candidates living within or close to Lagos Island will be given preference
