Job Summary

We are seeking a result-oriented, diligent, and honest professional to join our team as Head of Leasing Operations. The successful candidate will drive leasing strategy, manage operations, and deliver revenue targets through comprehensive market analysis and stakeholder engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive leasing strategies to meet revenue and performance targets
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities and inform pricing decisions
• Prepare and manage the annual leasing budget, ensuring financial goals are achieved
• Oversee the entire leasing process from lead generation through application processing, negotiation, and lease execution
• Negotiate high-value, complex lease agreements with key clients, securing favorable terms aligned with company financial objectives

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (B.Sc, B.Tech, or HND) in Business Administration, Estate Management, Marketing, or any relevant discipline
• Minimum of five years' experience in a similar role
• Strong ability to analyze market data, financial reports, and performance metrics to inform decision-making
• Proficient in MS Office Suite
• Advanced degree is a plus
