You will lead the company's financial planning, forecasting, and performance analysis processes. You will provide strategic insights to management through accurate financial modeling, variance analysis, and business performance reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead financial planning and forecasting processes
• Conduct performance analysis and variance analysis
• Develop and maintain accurate financial models
• Prepare business performance reports for management
• Provide strategic financial insights to support decision-making

Minimum Requirements

Qualification

• First degree or equivalent in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related business discipline
• Professional certification such as ACA, ACCA, or CFA is required

Experience

• Minimum 12 years of relevant job experience
• At least 3 years at management level
• Experience in FMCG or manufacturing environment
