About the Role

We are seeking an experienced finance leader to head our finance department. You will oversee the production of monthly management accounts across the group, monitor cash flow, and manage year-end statutory reporting for various entities and regulatory financial reporting requirements.

Core Duties

• Manage multi-currency and multi-jurisdictional year-end statutory reporting for various group entities and related regulatory financial reporting
• Prepare and publish timely monthly consolidated group financial statements in line with Group timelines
• Develop and identify tools and processes to ensure accurate, accountable, and timely reporting and data management
• Review monthly management accounts and financial planning and analysis across the group
• Monitor cash flow needs and surpluses of affected entities
• Assume management responsibilities for the existing accounting department
• Oversee accounting for various group entities in different jurisdictions with support from AP/AR teams
• Oversee processing of month-end and year-end journals, related documentation, reconciliations, and ledger-based reporting
• Manage tax reporting (VAT, WHT, and Corporate Income Tax) and liaise with external tax advisors
• Manage regulatory financial reporting (monthly, quarterly, and annual) as applicable
• Monitor cash flow needs and surpluses in multi-currency environments
• Coordinate with auditors and manage auditor liaison activities

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience in business planning and reporting
• Strong expertise in cash flow management
• Demonstrated experience resolving tax-related matters across multiple entities
• Experience working in multi-jurisdictional and multi-currency environments
