About the Role

A dynamic team is expanding and looking for the right talent to lead facility and estate management operations.

Responsibilities

• Process all pending approval requests within 24 hours of receipt
• Achieve average work order completion time of maximum 72 hours per request each month (general)
• Achieve average work order completion time of maximum 24 hours per request per technician each month (retail outlets)
• Execute a minimum of 20 preventive maintenance works each month
• Maintain a minimum occupancy rate of 70% per month

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree, Master's Degree, or HND qualification
• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience
