Job Summary

Lily Hospitals Limited seeks a reliable and experienced Head Driver to oversee driving operations and ensure the safe transportation of staff, patients, and materials. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, excellent driving skills, and a high level of responsibility while managing the organization's drivers and vehicles.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of all drivers
• Ensure timely and safe transportation of staff, patients, and goods as required
• Assign driving schedules and routes effectively
• Ensure all vehicles are properly maintained, clean, and roadworthy
• Monitor fuel usage, vehicle logs, and maintenance records
• Ensure compliance with traffic laws and organizational policies
• Report accidents, incidents, or vehicle issues promptly
• Train and mentor drivers on safety and operational standards

Requirements

• Minimum of SSCE qualification
• Valid Nigerian driver's license
• Minimum of 5 years' driving experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role
• Good knowledge of Warri and surrounding areas
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Good understanding of road safety regulations
• Disciplined, punctual, and dependable
