Our client is a manufacturing company located in Nnewi, Anambra State. Position Overview: Our client is a manufacturing company based in Nnewi, Anambra State, seeking to hire a Head of Corporate Services. This strategic executive role is responsible for providing integrated leadership and oversight across key support functions, including Administration, Human Resources, and Branding & Communications. The role ensures these departments operate cohesively to promote operational efficiency, regulatory compliance, a positive work environment, and a strong corporate and employer brand, thereby supporting the organization’s core manufacturing and commercial objectives. LOCATION Nnewi, Anambra State. Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a unified Corporate Services strategy that aligns Administration, Human Resources, and Branding & Communications with overall business objectives.
  • Provide leadership, direction, and performance management for the Heads of Administration, Human Resources, and Branding & Communications.
  • Establish and enforce policies, procedures, and governance frameworks that promote efficiency, compliance, and a consistent organizational culture.
  • Oversee and manage the consolidated annual budgets for all Corporate Services departments, ensuring effective resource allocation and cost control.
  • Serve as the primary executive point of contact for all corporate services matters, advising the Board and Senior Management on administration, human capital, and corporate reputation issues.
  • Define, monitor, and evaluate key performance indicators (KPIs) across departments to drive continuous improvement and strategic impact.
  • Foster strong collaboration between Corporate Services and core operational departments (Production, Commercial, Finance) to ensure seamless business operations.
PREFERRED Required Qualifications: AND SKILLS/BACKGROUND
  • Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree or HND in Business Administration, Human Resources, Finance, Management, or a related field.
  • Relevant professional certifications such as CIPD/CIPM (Human Resources) or Chartered Institute of Procurement & Supply (CIPS).
  • Proven experience managing multiple corporate functions, including Human Resources, Branding/Communications, and Administration or Operations.
  • Minimum of five (5) years’ experience in a corporate services or similar senior management role.
  • Strong expertise in budgeting, strategic planning, and performance monitoring.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage at board and senior management levels.
