## Title: Head of Client Management Services

About the Role

Rovedana is expanding its dynamic team and seeking talented leadership to drive client management excellence. As Head of Client Management Services, you will lead and optimize all client-facing operations, ensuring strong relationships with key trade partners, distributors, modern trade accounts, and institutional clients.

This role focuses on driving client satisfaction, revenue growth, service excellence, and long-term partnerships in a high-volume, fast-paced FMCG environment.

Key Responsibilities

Client Relations & Experience

  • Welcome clients warmly and professionally
  • Manage walk-in and scheduled client appointments
  • Create a luxury, organized, and friendly experience
  • Handle client inquiries via multiple channels (in-person, phone, WhatsApp, email, and social media)
  • Own and manage strategic relationships with key clients including modern trade and institutional accounts

Administrative & Operations Support

  • Maintain appointment calendars and client databases
  • Keep client records up to date and organized
  • Prepare daily sales and visit reports
  • Ensure front desk, waiting areas, and showrooms remain neat and presentable
  • Support cash handling and POS operations

Communication & Brand Representation

  • Uphold the brand's tone, etiquette, and image at all times
  • Handle client complaints politely and escalate when necessary
  • Support promotional activities, launches, and trunk shows
  • Encourage repeat business through follow-ups and relationship management

Required Qualifications

  • 1–3 years of experience in customer service, front desk, retail, or fashion studio roles
  • Good knowledge of fashion terminology, fabrics, and sizing (advantageous)
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

Compensation & Benefits

Salary: 800,000 – 1,000,000 Net Monthly (Slightly Negotiable)

Additional Benefits: Very Competitive package
