About the Role

We are seeking a qualified Guest Service Agent to provide exceptional customer service and support to hotel guests throughout their stay.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and process check-ins to their rooms
• Answer guest questions regarding hotel amenities, services, and the local area
• Address and resolve guest complaints and concerns promptly
• Coordinate with other staff members to ensure all guest needs are met
• Process guest payments and maintain accurate records
• Keep the lobby and reception area clean, organized, and welcoming
• Assist guests with luggage and other requests as needed
• Provide recommendations for local restaurants, attractions, and activities
• Arrange transportation services such as taxis or rental cars for guests
• Remain available to respond to guest questions and requests at all times
